Mission & Goals
We are a joint stock company established in 1972 in North Macedonia, with over 50 years of continuous operations in construction, infrastructure development, and production of construction materials. As part of our long-term development strategy aligned with EU sustainability and resilience priorities, we are investing in the modernization of our construction and transport capacities. In parallel, we are finalizing an infrastructure project—a senior living facility that meets the highest care and accessibility standards. Together with our partner company Sanifild SPLLC, we are expanding into sustainable agro-processing through construction of facility for primary processing. These investments are accompanied by the installation of photovoltaic systems in each segment. Through this integrated investment approach, we aim to address infrastructure, social, energy, and agricultural gaps in the region, while contributing to green growth, job creation, and economic convergence with the EU.
EU Legislative Interests
The purpose of registration in the EU Transparency Register is to enable participation in the Call for Expressions of Interest by EU/EEA/Western Balkans companies to invest in the Western Balkans region. The company aligns with the Energy Efficiency Directive (EED) and the Renewable Energy Directive (RED II), supporting investment in photovoltaic systems to reduce emissions and enhance energy autonomy. The company also follows the EU Green Deal principles, particularly regarding the circular economy in construction and responsible sourcing of raw materials. In relation to agro-processing activities, the company supports the Farm to Fork Strategy, promoting short supply chains and sustainable agricultural infrastructure. Furthermore, through social infrastructure projects such as the senior living facility, the company embraces the European Pillar of Social Rights, ensuring dignity, care, and inclusion in line with EU social policy priorities.
