Communication Activities
Collot & Co carries out professional communication activities in support of transparent, evidence‑based engagement with EU institutions on legislative and regulatory initiatives related to chemicals management, sustainability, biotechnology, industrial transformation, and the circular and bio‑economy. These activities are designed to facilitate informed dialogue between private‑sector stakeholders and EU policymakers and to contribute constructively to the development and implementation of EU policy. Communication activities include the preparation of technical briefings, policy analyses, and explanatory materials that summarise the implications of EU legislative proposals for industry and innovation. Collot & Co provides written input to public consultations, responds to calls for evidence, and prepares structured feedback on draft acts, guidance documents, and policy roadmaps. The consultancy also develops targeted communication materials such as stakeholder maps, regulatory updates, and issue summaries to support clients’ understanding of EU processes. In addition, Collot & Co organises and facilitates meetings, workshops, and roundtable discussions with EU stakeholders, including staff of the European Commission, Members of the European Parliament and their assistants, and representatives of Member States. These exchanges aim to clarify technical aspects of proposals, share scientific and operational insights, and support constructive dialogue on policy options. The consultancy also participates in EU‑level events, briefings, and stakeholder sessions organised by the institutions or relevant agencies. Communication activities may further include the coordination of joint statements, shared positions, or collective messages on behalf of clients or ad‑hoc alliances, ensuring that contributions are coherent, transparent, and aligned with EU requirements. Collot & Co also prepares internal communication tools for clients, such as regulatory alerts, strategic assessments, and scenario analyses, to support informed decision‑making and engagement planning. All communication activities are conducted in full compliance with the Transparency Register Code of Conduct and with a strong commitment to accuracy, integrity, and constructive engagement with EU institutions
