Mission & Goals

The Coalition for Trusted reviews is a global cross-industry collaboration promoting trust in reviews by sharing best practice. It is also working with the broader online environment to tackle fake reviews holistically. Together, the Coalition is upholding the highest standards of integrity for user-generated reviews. Its members share industry best practice for maintaining the authenticity of reviews and instilling confidence in consumers. Coalition members welcome the opportunity to speak with regulators and policymakers to share their expertise in delivering trust in online reviews, tackling bad actors, and to inform proportionate rule making.

Communication Activities

DGA Group is secretariat to the Coalition. DGA Group Europe SA is part of the same company and has been instructed by the Coalition to act as an intermediary from 2025 as the Coalition's activity extends to engagement with EU institutions.
