Mission & Goals

The AI Cluster SequoIA gathers public HER institutions and regional agencies to promote research, education, innovation, and start-up creation in AI. The main area of the Cluster SequoIA is academic research and higher-education (graduate level) on AI for trust and security in and by digital systems, with a focus on cybersecurity, defense and environment. We promote research and develop education curricula within the member institutions. The AI Cluster SequoIA also acts as a national scientific hub on these topics, facilitating scientific state-of-the-art monitoring and encouraging the development of joint initiatives between academic consortium members and socio-economic partners. The partners include national public bodies in the field of cybersecurity and defense, and private sector companies in our domains of interest. They are not stakeholders and the AI Cluster SequoIA is not representing the business or operational interests of the partners.
