Mission & Goals
CleanDNS is an anti-online harms company. We are a SAAS provider to various internet infrastructure providers including some of the world's; larges top level domain registries. We provide anti - abuse services for over 400 top level domains (including generic top level domains and country code top level domains). We also maintaining a comprehensive sinkhole infrastructure with the intention of aiding security research to further combat online harms. We also engage in policy development within the internet sphere, to help inform and provide data and insights into the ever evolving concepts of DNS abuse and online harms. We have clients in the US, Asia, South America, and Europe.
EU Legislative Interests
We aim to help to engage an inform of matters relating to the management of online harms such as DNS abuse, with a view to promoting understanding and appropriate intervention by the institutions, in dealing with the stakeholders, ourselves included, in such topics. e.g. NIS 2 Such involvement may also include those efforts which may have incidental impacts, if not directly applicable e.g. GDPR Specific lists of targeted proposals and legislation currently considered; NIS 2 Directive (Directive (EU) 2022/2555) The Digital Services Act Package The General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) Regulation (EU) 2019/517 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 March 2019 on the implementation and functioning of the .eu top-level domain name Impact Assessments, public consultations and associated matters relating to such endeavours.
