Mission & Goals
CIVICAi es una asociación que trabaja para garantizar el libre acceso a la IA y que su desarrollo y socialización sean éticos y propicien el bien común. La Asociación CIVICAi se fundó a finales de marzo de 2023 gracias a la iniciativa de 136 miembros fundadores que expresaron su voluntad de colaborar para garantizar que la inteligencia artificial (IA) sea de todos y, por lo tanto, sirva a las personas y a la sociedad de forma equitativa y responsable. La razón de ser de CIVICAi es concienciar al público y promover la participación ciudadana en el desarrollo seguro y ético de la IA.

According to EU Commission's documentation on the Terms of Reference of the AI Act Advisory Forum: 14. MEETING EXPENSES 1. Participants in the activities of the group and sub-groups shall not be remunerated for the services they offer. 2. Travel and subsistence expenses can be reimbursed by the Commission in accordance with the rules in force within the Commission and within the limits of the available appropriations allocated to the Commission departments under the annual procedure for the allocation of resources.
