Mission & Goals
Citiwings Event Kft. specialises in the planning, organisation and delivery of large-scale public events, festivals and professional programmes with a strong focus on accessibility, sustainability and CSR–ESG integration. The company provides end-to-end event and experience management services, including immersive and digitally supported event formats, automated event communication solutions and the implementation of inclusive, climate-conscious and socially responsible event concepts. All activities are delivered as service-based solutions for partners and clients. Citiwings Event applies its own digital accessibility and experience framework (D-ICA Ecosystem), developed and implemented in cooperation with a professional partner network. The framework ensures that event-related information, digital interfaces and on-site experiences are accessible, measurable and suitable for CSR and ESG reporting, while also delivering measurable engagement and communication outcomes.
EU Legislative Interests
The company does not act on behalf of third parties in interest representation. For transparency purposes, we indicate the EU legal instruments and policy frameworks that may be relevant to our operations, compliance monitoring and event-related communications (e.g. participant information, registration and online presence). These include in particular: – General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) – Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (data protection in event registrations, mailing lists, and communications); – Digital Services Act (DSA) – Regulation (EU) 2022/2065 (online communications and platform-related obligations); – European Accessibility Act (EAA) – Directive (EU) 2019/882 (accessibility considerations and participant information, where relevant); – EU Climate Law – Regulation (EU) 2021/1119 and sustainability-related EU initiatives applicable to events (e.g. waste prevention and reduction measures, including the Single-Use Plastics Directive (EU) 2019/904). Any interaction with EU-level initiatives is limited to participation in publicly available stakeholder events/webinars, factual information exchanges and compliance-related monitoring.
Communication Activities
Communication activities linked to the above EU instruments are factual and service-based, carried out in the context of organising and delivering events. Recent examples include: (1) GDPR-related privacy notices and consent information on event registration forms and websites; (2) participant information materials and website/social media posts providing accessibility and venue access information; (3) service communications to partners/suppliers concerning data protection and participant communications; (4) event programmes/announcements containing sustainability-related information (e.g. waste prevention and responsible procurement measures); and (5) informational posts/newsletters summarising relevant compliance topics for internal and event-delivery purposes. These communications are not advocacy campaigns and are not intended to influence EU decision-making.

Citiwings Event Kft. is not a member of, nor does it sponsor, any associations, federations, networks or other representative bodies for the purposes of EU interest representation. Cooperation with partners is exclusively project-based and contractual.
Organisation Members
Citiwings Event Kft. has two owners: Dóra Zoltán and Trejtnar Anita. The company has no subsidiaries or legally affiliated entities and does not form part of a group or network. Activities are carried out through direct contractual relationships with clients and project partners.
Additional Information
The selected cost band (< EUR 10,000) reflects that Citiwings Event Kft. does not carry out lobbying or interest representation activities within the scope of the EU Transparency Register. The 0.1 FTE indicated under point 10 relates solely to internal compliance monitoring and factual communications necessary for event delivery. As no lobbying/advocacy activities are performed, there are no dedicated budgets or attributable costs (staff, office overheads, memberships, campaigns, publications, travel) linked to interest representation. General business/event delivery costs are commercial operational costs and are not attributable to EU interest representation.
