Mission & Goals
Circular Change (CC) - communication, consultancy, education, circular diplomacy - 4 pillars where we engage different international stakeholders in their systemic circular economy journeys. We act as transition brokers: focusing on the EU and Western Balkans, operating globally - from Nordic Countries to Latin America, bridging top-down bottom-up circular approaches, mapping stakeholders, and enabling them to connect to international organizations, access a network of CE experts and good practices. Orchestration of national circular economy roadmapping processes is one of our focus areas (references: Slovenia, Serbia, Chile, Montenegro, Kosovo, City of Ljubljana, BIOEAST Foresight Excercise). One of CC’s core competencies - the ability to connect circular economy expertise with strategic communication and creativity. Network governance and circular diplomacy are what we strongly promote. Some of the ongoing projects: Boost4Bioeast, PSLifestyle, GPP2Adrion, Ecotopia & CE Summer School.
EU Legislative Interests
Eu Green Deal, Circular Economy Action Plan, EU Competitiveness Compass, Plastic pact, Green Recovery Alliance, Neu European Bauhaus, Fit for 55 - active contribution in the public dialogue, the introduction of CE legal framework to different stakeholders - focusing on the countries of the Western Balkans (potential enlargement of EU). Bioeconomy - BioEAST initiative. Bridging private and public sectors in the dialogue, orchestrating the "scenario making" process for effective implementation of EU legislation.
Communication Activities

In 2021 during the Slovenian EU Presidency, we published CIRCULAR INSIDER (https://www.circularchange.com/circular-insider) - an insight into CE practices and EU policies. In 2022/25 4 editions - CIRCULAR INSIDER AUSTRIA- were published in collaboration with Circular Economy Forum Austria. In 2025 we contributed to the EU CE Mission in Japan - leading the Circular Diplomacy panel at Osaka EXPO and participating in several other events. In Brazil, we have opened the CE Hotspot in Recife and contributed to a variety of panel discussions and workshops. In the field of Bioeconomy workshops and consultations have been delivered in Slovenia.
