Mission & Goals
De acordo com os seus estatutos, a CIP tem por objetivo: a) Representar, interna e externamente, a atividade económica nacional; b) Contribuir para o progresso da economia de mercado e da iniciativa privada; c) Apoiar as empresas de todas as dimensões e sectores, com autonomia e independência; d) Ser porta voz das empresas, assumir e defender os seus interesses e propostas junto das instâncias económicas, politicas e sociais, ai incluídas também as organizações sindicais, a nível nacional, europeu e internacional; e) Ser um parceiro essencial do diálogo social e negociar, em nome das empresas, com os parceiros sociais e o poder politico, tanto a nível nacional como europeu e internacional; f) Ser um agente de mudança em diálogo com a sociedade civil, promovendo e assegurando o crescimento sustentável das empresas e da economia portuguesa, no quadro da globalização
