Mission & Goals
Founded in 1952, CCPIT is a national foreign trade and investment promotion organization dedicated to promoting trade, investment and economic and technological cooperation between China and other countries and regions around the world, and safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese citizens and legal persons overseas. CCPIT represents domestic industry and commerce in the field of foreign trade, tracks and analyzes domestic economic situations and international economic and trade trends, provides consulting services for government departments to make decisions, participates in the study of global economic and trade rules, conducts legal consultation, commercial mediation, trade and maritime arbitration, issues certificates of origin for export goods and other certificates and documents related to foreign trade, provides patent applications, registrations, litigation, rights protection, organizes industries and enterprises to deal with trade dispute.
