Mission & Goals
CFA was formed in 1989 to establish, continuously improve and promote best practice standards in the production of retailed chilled prepared food, in sustainability, safety, skills and firmly based on science. CFA represents many of the leading names in UK chilled prepared food production, predominantly supplying the retail trade. CFA is a founder member of the European Chilled Food Federation and ECFF Rapporteur on many food safety and management issues.
