The Chemservice Group of companies is a global full-service chemical and environmental consulting firm specializing in helping clients successfully navigate complex global regulatory landscapes. We enable market access and ensure compliance through expertise in areas such as REACH, UK REACH, REACH-like programs (e.g. Korea-REACH), global GHS implementation (SDS and labeling), as well as advocacy support. We have extend our services into environmental compliance and the circular economy, covering WEEE, batteries, packaging, ELV, etc. We are a leading global consultancy to the chemical industry and, as an independent service provider, we support our clients in the review, implementation and observation of national and international chemical regulations.

Communication Activities
Chemservice does participate in meetings with agencies/platforms related to chemical policy, such as ECHA, DG Grow, DG Environment, DG Employ (for Occupational Expusure Limits), CARACAL, and National Member State authorities). A list of attended Meetings can be provided upon request.

ORO Chemservice GmbH has been a founding member of ORO AISBL (Only Representative Organization, www.onlyrepresentative.org). Non-EU companies seeking to market chemical products within the EU must appoint an Only Representative (OR) based in the EU to comply with REACH obligations. ORO represents all OR service providers operating within the European Economic Area (EEA) that adhere to its stringent quality standards. The organization is dedicated to discussing and providing guidance on matters related to the role of Only Representatives under Article 8 of the REACH Regulation (EC) 1907/2006. ORO is an accredited stakeholder organisation (ASO) of the European Chemicals Agency (ECHA) and by that enables participation in relevant ECHA committees. ORO is listed in the EU’s Transparency Register under REG No. 92649098142-18. QUIMACOVA Chemservice Iberia is a member of QUIMACOVA (https://quimacova.org), the Association of the Chemical Industry of the Valencia region in Spain. QUIMACOVA provides support and representation for companies within Valencia’s chemical industry, focusing on legislative, economic, and social matters. KCMA and Ulsan Chamber of Commerce & Industry Chemservice Asia is a member of the Korea Chemicals Management Association (KCMA, https://www.kcma.or.kr/eng/sub1/1_1.asp) and the Ulsan Chamber of Commerce and Industry (https://ulsan.korcham.net/front/user/main.do). KCMA advocates for the Korean chemical industry's interests and fosters international collaboration on chemical management and information sharing. The Ulsan Chamber of Commerce, a regional branch of the Korean Chamber of Commerce and Industry (KCCI), provides support to businesses in the Ulsan region, promoting economic growth and business development. SCHC In 2024, Chemservice Americas LLC became a member of SCHC – the Society for Chemical Hazard Communication (https://www.schc.org/). SCHC is a professional organization dedicated to supporting chemical hazard communication professionals and advancing knowledge in this field. The society addresses a wide range of topics, including worker safety, regulatory com-pliance (domestic and international), toxicology, chemical and physical hazard analysis, environmental toxicology, and risk assessment. SCHC members represent diverse sectors, such as industrial, consumer, and specialty chemicals, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, distribution, government, academia, and consultancy. Eurotox Several of our toxicologists are Members of national toxicological associations, three of them are listed in the European Register of Toxicologists (ERT) of Eurotox (https://www.eurotox.com/what-is-ert/), who excel by high standards of education, skills, experience, and professional standing.
