Check First (CF) is a leading Finnish software and methodologies company, specialising in adversarial research techniques. We believe in the importance of transparency and accountability in online content presentation, which is why we offer auditing services and advocate for online clarity. Our mission is to build solutions that promote a fairer and safer digital space. By partnering with leading institutions, platforms, regulators, NGOs, and educators, we aim to curb the spread of disinformation and foreign influence manipulations. Check First provides advanced tools to monitor, analyse, and understand the presence and spread of problematic content online. We develop systems and protocols to detect, track, and signal illegal behaviour and content, making us a key partner for all stakeholders in the informational space. This expertise lead us to develop methodology and tools to acutely monitor the evolution of platforms.
