Mission & Goals
Born in 1983 with the purpose of operating in the field of international cooperation for development, CESAR has considerably expanded its intervention fields, defining new competencies and diversifying its activities, mainly concerning planning, research, consulting and vocational training, both in the territorial and local development fields, and in food processing, sustainable development and environmental sectors.

Communication Activities
- Erasmus Plus TE.EN.FARM. – TEaching ENtrepreneurship for new FARMers, Agreement number 2018-1-IT01-KA202-006804. Project’s rest is that “Entrepreneurship Education (EE) is essential not only to shape the mind-sets of young people but also to provide the skills, knowledge and attitudes that are central to developing an entrepreneurial culture in farming system. - Europe Direct Network 2021-2025, on the basis of Agreement with Italian Representation in Italy of European Commission. - Playourope Project on following topics “to activate dynamic communication explaining how the Cohesion policy provides investments in order to support job creation, business competitiveness, economic growth, sustainable development, and improve citizens' quality. Agreement N° 2017 CE 16B AT 063. - CEC Project “Community Engagement on Cohesion” on involving citizens in the programming European Regional Development Fund (ERDF) investments for 2021-2027 in the areas of Green Infrastructure and Waste Management. Agreement N° 2020CE16BAT122. - “Transferring and monitoring of results” phase in the Italian Operational Groups: Operational Group NEW FOODS; Operational Group Multinet; Operational Group Livestock Smart Farming (implemented according to the EU Initiative European Innovation EIP (https://ec.europa.eu/agriculture/research-innovation/eip-agriculture_en).
