Corporate Social Responsibility As an integral part of its strategy, vision and business philosophy, CEROVO embraces corporate social responsibility. Each year the company allocates a portion of its revenue (profit) to socially responsible projects and philanthropic activities.

EU Legislative Interests

Pecific legislative proposal targeted is 2023/0397(COD) Full procedure Establishing the Reform and Growth Facility for the Western Balkans and supplementing acts and all future legislations and procedures correlating with aforementioned policies. Main EU legislative proposals or policies targeted: The project directly contributes to and aligns with the objectives of key EU legislative and policy frameworks, including: European Green Deal – by promoting decarbonisation of transport through the introduction of an electric delivery fleet and rooftop photovoltaic systems, reducing GHG emissions by over 4,000 tons annually. EU Circular Economy Action Plan – through the establishment of a secondary steel processing facility that recycles scrap metal and reduces dependency on raw materials. EU Industrial Strategy – by strengthening regional value chains, modernising production capacities, and fostering resilience and competitiveness in the construction sector. REPowerEU – by investing in renewable energy production (PV plant), improving energy efficiency and reducing reliance on imported energy sources. Sustainable and Smart Mobility Strategy – via investment in e-mobility and route optimisation software to reduce environmental and fuel impact. Western Balkans Green Agenda (aligned with EU Green Deal) – by supporting sustainable economic development, environmental protection, and energy transition in the region. The project is also consistent with the EU Taxonomy Regulation and follows the Do No Significant Harm (DNSH) principle, ensuring that environmental and social safeguards are fully respected throughout implementation.

Communication Activities

Upon recieving positive result, company will launch next measures: Launch event & media coverage (in Podgorica and Nikšić) to present the project’s goals in the context of the EU Green Deal, Circular Economy, and Western Balkans Green Agenda. Site signage and branding featuring the EU and EEA Grants visual identity, highlighting co-financing and alignment with EU sustainability policies. Thematic campaigns on social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) targeting SMEs, construction professionals and the wider public – promoting circular economy, green logistics, and energy efficiency. Educational workshops in cooperation with local vocational schools and chambers of commerce – to raise awareness about sustainable construction and logistics among young professionals. Annual impact reports and digital publications illustrating the project's contribution to CO₂ reduction, renewable energy use, and regional economic resilience. Participation in regional and EU-level forums on green infrastructure, circular economy and sustainable transport (e.g., WBIF conferences, Green Agenda roundtables).
