Communication Activities

CREDA is a scientific research center where researchers, PhD candidates, and other staff carry out research and consultancy activities independently and without any political interests. Regarding the Directive on unfair trading practices in the food supply chain, we monitor developments in EU legislation and the decision-making process in order to prepare the annual report for the Agencia de Información y Control Alimentarios (AICA), the Spanish authority responsible for overseeing unfair trading practices. In this report, we compare AICA’s actions with those taken by authorities in other EU Member States.
