Mission & Goals
The Liaison Centre for the Meat Processing Industry in the European Union (CLITRAVI) is the professional organisation whose aim is to represent the interest of the European Meat Processing Industry. Clitravi's main object is to protect and adance the legitimate interest of the European Meat Processing Industry. It is engaged in a constant dialogue with the European Commission, European Parliament, the Council of the European Union, the European Economic and Social Committee, the EFSA and other international organisations.

Implementation of the Food information regulation, trade agreements with Third Countries, animal welfare policies, additives, enzymes, Directive on the Unfair Trading Practices in the Food Supply Chain.
