Mission & Goals
Centre for Legal Aid – Voice in Bulgaria was established in 2009 as a foundation. We strive to protect actively the rights of the refugees and migrants in Bulgaria by providing legal assistance, consultations, legal representation at national and European level, as well as advocacy activities and campaigns to synchronize the national policies on migration with the European and international standards. Our goal is: Asylum seekers, refugees and migrants on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria to have: - their rights protected, - secure access to protection procedures, - a high standard of reception and integration, - full support to become a constructive part of the local community and the Bulgarian society.

No 101139855) lead by the Workshop for Civic Initiatives Foundation (WCIF) and the National Network for Children (NNC). 2/ CERV-2022-CITIZENS-VALUES CERV - the grant of 60,000 euro was received through participation in the project “Building an Inclusive Resilient Democratic Society in Bulgaria” (BIRDS in BG) - Mission Possible (Project Ref. No 101091529) lead by the Bulgarian Fund for Women, the Bulgarian Center for Not-for-Profit Law and Impact Drive Foundation.
