EU Legislative Interests
Molins follows the activities of the EU institutions principally relating to: construction and construction related standards (e.g. EN15804), climate change and decarbonisation (e.g. EU ETS, CBAM, Industrial Carbon Management), energy (e.g. energy efficiency in Buildings Directive), circular economy (e.g. Waste Framework Directive), environment (incl. waste, biodiversity and industrial emissions), innovations (e.g. Innovation Fund and Horizon Europe) and sustainable finance. Molins specifically follows initiatives under the European Clean Industrial Deal (e.g. Circular Economy Action Plan, the Renovation Wave, the EU Industrial strategy). Molins also aligns with the NZIA, Industrial Acceleration Act and the objectives of the DNSH.
Communication Activities
Molins participates actively to the activities of trade federations and other organisations it adheres to. As an active member of Cement Europe, we participate to the "Concrete Dialogue" which aims to put forward the role of concrete in sustainable construction. Molins also collaborates with construction-related trade bodies, such as Global Cement Concrete Association.
