Mission & Goals
CCF Moldova - children, communities, families is a Child Rights NGO in Moldova registered in 2004 and supporting authorities for a systemic change to ensure all children grow in loving family environment. Mission: CCF Moldova creates an environment of hope and respect for children in need, in which they can develop their full potential and provides practical tools for positive change in the life of the child, family and community. We create a world where all our children will enjoy a happy childhood, have something to smile about, receive love, care and protection of a family. Since 2005, CCF Moldova represents Hope and Homes for Children UK in Moldova
EU Legislative Interests
Hope and Homes for Children, CCF Moldova's partner in Brussels, in the past six months has targeted the following policy and legislative instruments: • Proposal for a Regulation establishing the Reform and Growth Facility for Moldova and implementation of the adopted Regulation • 2025 Enlargement Reports (Moldova and Ukraine) • Public consultation on the next Multi-annual Financial Framework (MFF) • Implementation of the revised EU Anti-Trafficking Directive • Implementation of the Ukraine Facility Regulation • European Child Guarantee implementation • EC Recommendation on developing and strengthening integrated child protection systems implementation
Communication Activities
CCF Moldova has carried out the below communication activities together with its partner Hope and Homes for Children or has inputted to them: • Submission of written proposals for amendments to the Proposal for a Regulation of the European Parliament and of the Council on establishing the Reform and Growth Facility for Moldova • Publication on Reforming Child Protection and Care in EU accession Toolkit for EU Institutions and Delegation Staff • Draft Reforming child protection and care in EU accession Toolkit for Civil Society Organisations • Information materials for the training for the Moldovan Children’s Rights Alliance on EU Accession and Advocacy – blog post • Submission of written position on 2024 Moldova Enlargement report

CCF Moldova is representing Hope and Homes for Children UK since 2005 and jointly implement Child Care Reform projects, HHC UK being one of the main sponsors of CCF Moldova. Over the last three years CCF has been funded by following donors: UNICEF, EU Delegation to Moldova, EC through Interreg programme, Caritas, Plan International, FCDO, World Vision and other partners. CCF Moldova is also affiliated with private donors, both companies and individuals.
