Mission & Goals
Cboe Europe is an operator of pan European trading and listing venues, reporting services and, through its affilaited company Cboe Europe Indices B.V., benchmarks. Cboe Europe trades and lists both equity and equity derivative instruments.
EU Legislative Interests
Cboe's focus is on financial services legislation, including but not limited to: Markets Integration and Supervision Package, Savings and Investment Union, Markets in Financial Instruments Directive, Listing Act, Benchmark Regulation, European Market Infrastructure Regulation, Retail Investment Strategy, Corporate Sustainability and Reporting Directive and Market Abuse Directive.
