Mission & Goals
Cboe Clear Europe is a central counterparty for trades in equities, ETPs, exchange traded equity derivatives and securities financing transactions (SFTs). Our business goal is to minimize post-trade costs, maximize netting, increase capital efficiency, and continuously improve risk management for the benefit of our clients.

Legislation related to equities, ETPs, exchange traded derivatives and securities financing transactions (SFT) trading and post-trading services, especially regulatory initiatives with an impact on central counterparties (CCPs) and clients of CCPs clearing services. Corporate activities, such as mergers and acquisitions, of market infrastructure in the trading, clearing and settlement sectors. Focus item: EMIR 3.0
