Mission & Goals

Our organisation is a Kosovo-based private company focused on industrial development and sustainable manufacturing. Its main goal is to produce and export CE-certified industrial dishwashing machines for the food, pharmaceutical, and hospitality sectors. The project addresses the regional lack of local equipment production by offering high-quality alternatives to costly imports. We aim to integrate renewable energy into our operations through a solar system covering 30% of energy needs. The company also focuses on job creation, planning to employ 85 people, and contribute to the EU’s green transition and industrial resilience goals. Our activities align with EU strategies such as the Green Deal, the Industrial Strategy, and the Economic and Investment Plan for the Western Balkans.

EU Legislative Interests

Our organisation aligns its activities and project initiatives with key EU legislative and policy frameworks that promote industrial development, sustainability, innovation, and regional cohesion. The main EU policies and strategies we target include: EU Green Deal: We are strongly committed to contributing to the EU’s green transition goals by integrating renewable energy sources (solar power) into industrial production processes, reducing carbon emissions, and promoting energy efficiency in line with EU climate and environmental objectives. EU Industrial Strategy: Our project supports the objectives of the updated EU Industrial Strategy by fostering technological innovation, enhancing strategic autonomy, and creating resilient industrial value chains in the Western Balkans. By producing industrial dishwashing machines domestically, we reduce reliance on external suppliers and contribute to the EU’s open strategic autonomy. Economic and Investment Plan for the Western Balkans: Our project directly contributes to the objectives of this plan by supporting the green and digital transition, creating sustainable jobs, increasing regional production capacities, and enabling stronger integration of the Western Balkans into the EU single market. EU Enlargement Policy and Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA III): As an organisation based in Kosovo, a potential candidate country, our project promotes EU integration through practical alignment with EU standards and market practices, particularly in the industrial, environmental, and social domains. Sustainable Product Initiative and Circular Economy Action Plan: The machines we aim to produce will be designed to meet the latest eco-design standards, with energy and water efficiency, and compatibility with future regulatory frameworks for industrial equipment in the EU. SME Strategy for a Sustainable and Digital Europe: As an SME-led initiative, our project is closely linked with the EU’s SME policy, particularly the goal of boosting innovation and digitalisation in manufacturing and ensuring access to markets and finance. Through our participation in EU-funded programs and alignment with these strategic frameworks, we aim to contribute to the EU’s broader policy goals in sustainability, competitiveness, regional development, and industrial modernization.

Communication Activities

Our organisation plans to promote EU policy objectives through targeted communication activities related to the funded project. These include awareness campaigns on green and digital industrial practices, open information sessions for local stakeholders, and the publication of updates on our website and social media. We also aim to participate in regional and EU-level events, workshops, and business forums focused on sustainable manufacturing, the Green Deal, and industrial development in the Western Balkans. All communication will highlight alignment with EU priorities and the project's contribution to economic and environmental goals.
