Mission & Goals
Capsule Conseil advises organizations - from early-stage ventures to large multinational corporations - on complex regulatory and public policy issues, at the intersection of geopolitics, national security, business and emerging technologies. In a context of increased geopolitical volatility, Capsule Conseil advises new market entrants and established companies alike, for them to be able to meet a range of challenges, including expanding their commercial development across the European Union, and beyond.

Capsule Conseil advises clients in the tech, including the defense tech, which wish to contribute to the strengthening of Europe's Civilian and Military Preparedness and Readiness. CAPSULE CONSEIL on regulation, public-private partnerships with a focus on enabling resilient infrastructure development. Areas of expertise include telecommunications, undersea critical infrastructures, satellite systems, digital infrastructure and biotech.
