Mission & Goals
Capital B is an Albanian investment and holding company established in 2014, headquartered in Tirana. Its primary goal is to promote sustainable development and long-term economic growth in Albania through diversified investments across key sectors. The organization aims to create long-term value by strategically investing in industries that have both strong growth potential and a positive impact on local communities.
EU Legislative Interests
Capital B’s Engagement in Digital Procurement and EU Policy Capital B collaborates with public sector organizations and actively engages in digital procurement processes. Our objective is to support the modernization of EU public procurement frameworks by promoting the integration of digital solutions. Through participation in public consultations and direct cooperation with EU institutions, we advocate for more efficient, transparent, and innovation-friendly procurement policies. Engagement with Horizon Europe (Regulation (EU) 2021/695) Capital B monitors Horizon Europe funding opportunities to participate in research and innovation initiatives focused on digital transformation, artificial intelligence, and public sector modernization. We contribute to shaping funding priorities by engaging in policy dialogues and consultations, with a particular emphasis on ensuring that digital innovation opportunities are accessible to stakeholders in Albania and the Western Balkans.
