Mission & Goals
Independent consultancy providing policy analysis and strategic advice on international governance, sustainability and public policy. Activities support public institutions, NGOs and international organisations in the design, implementation and evaluation of policies and programmes, with a focus on evidence-based decision-making, stakeholder engagement and alignment with EU and global frameworks. The consultancy works across thematic and geographic areas, including Europe and international partnerships, and contributes to policy dialogue, research and institutional cooperation.

European Green Deal; EU Biodiversity Strategy for 2030; EU Climate Law; EU external action and international partnerships frameworks (including NDICI–Global Europe); Common Fisheries Policy; EU trade and sustainable development policies; and relevant international governance frameworks linked to EU policy priorities.
