Mission & Goals
Der Aufgabenbereich der Bundesnotarkammer umfasst gem. § 78 Bundesnotarordnung im Wesentlichen die Vertretung der Gesamtheit der deutschen Notare im nationalen und internationalen Bereich. Die Bundesnotarkammer wirkt im Gesetzgebungsverfahren auf Bundesebene mit und ist dabei Sachverständige und Beraterin für den Gesetzgeber und die obersten Bundesorgane einschließlich der Bundesgerichte. Sie nimmt diese Aufgabe in allen vom Notar betreuten Rechtsgebieten sowie im Bereich des notariellen Berufsrechts wahr und erfüllt sie durch Stellungnahmen und Gutachten zu Gesetzgebungsvorhaben, Teilnahme an Arbeits- und Expertengruppen der betreffenden Gesetzgebungsorgane, Anregungen zu Gesetzesinitiativen u.ä.
EU Legislative Interests
Die Bundesnotarkammer verfolgt die EU-Initiativen, -strategien und Rechtssetzungsvorhaben im Bereich des Immobilien-, Gesellschafts-, Familien- und Erbrechts sowie Vorhaben hinsichtlich Geldwäsche, Datenschutz und Identifizierungsmaßnahmen. Besonderes Interesse gilt auch der Bürgerinformation über die e-Justice Website.
Communication Activities
Aufbereitung von Informationsseiten für Bürger und Rechtsanwender zum Erb- und Güterrecht in Europa sowie Erwachsenen- und Minderjährigenschutz mit langfristiger Übernahme in die e-Justice Website. Informationsveranstaltungen zur Güterrechtsverordnung für Bürger und Notare. Schulungen zum Geldwäscherecht.
