Mission & Goals
Independent, nonreligious and nonpolitical organization, registered in 2006 in public benefit with the following goals: 1. Fostering the dialogue among civil society, business, the executive, the judicial, and the legislative branches in order to strengthen and develop the democratic values and to solve issues of vital social importance; 2. Providing expertise to promote the rule of law and improve the legal framework, institutions, and organizations, in order to strengthen the development of civil society, support the democratic process and provide a better environment for business activities; 3. Harmonization of the Bulgarian legislation with European and international legal standards; 4. Maintaining and improving the qualification of lawyers, judges, prosecutors, mediators and other professionals involved in the strengthening of the rule of law;
