Mission & Goals
Bulgarian center for Not-for-Profit Law is a public benefit foundation established in 2001. Our main goal is to ensure legal environment for the right of association, the right of free assembly and the right of free speech to be exercised by citizens and civic organizations and provide support within this process. We pursue our mission believing that civil society organizations can be sustainable and independent, be both a corrective and a partner to institutions, while protecting our rights and freedoms and having a leading role in the development of our society. We achieve our goals mainly through advocacy, legal support and capacity building activities for NGOs and individuals and development following our values: expertise, non-partisanship, willingness to work for the whole sector.
