We follow legislative files and initiatives related to telecommunications, digital, data protection and data economy, cybersecurity and sustainability. This includes, among others, the following legislative proposals: Digital Network Act, Omnibus Packages, Gigabit Infrastructure Act, Data Act, Digital Markets Act, AI Act, ePrivacy Regulation, e-evidence, GDPR, Cyber Resilience Act, Payment Service Regulation, EU Taxonomy, etc. As a company headquartered in the UK and with a European-wide footprint serving businesses and governmental institutions with ICT solutions, we take a strong interest in the future EU-UK relationship.
