Mission & Goals
BSI Group The Netherlands BV is an EU Notified Body, designated under a number of pieces of EU legislation. This includes legislation relating to Medical Devices, in vitro Medical Devices, Construction Products, Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), Gas Appliances, Pressure Equipment, Lifts, Marine Equipment, Measuring Equipment and Radio Equipment. BSI is also seeking designation under the AI Act. An up to date scope of BSI's designations is available on the Commission's Single Market Compliance Space.
