Mission & Goals
The institute aims to promote geopolitical understanding and foster a strategic culture in Brussels and the European Union within which effective solutions can be found to the challenges of our time.
EU Legislative Interests
EU foreign and security policy initiatives, industrial policy, investments and infrastructure policy, energy policy, global economy and trade, strategic planning.
Communication Activities
The institute produces innovative written research and ideas on strategic issues. Publications contribute unique, pragmatic, actionable and useful insights on selected topics most relevant for Europe’s positioning as a capable global actor. The institute organises thematic public events. It set up workshops which provide an environment for experts and non-experts to explore, debate and work on specific topics related to Europe’s geostrategic challenges.
