Brexit: Implementation of the citizens' rights chapter of the Withdrawal Agreement at EU and national level for British nationals in the EU and EU nationals in the UK The EU-UK TCA as it relates to the citizens' rights of British nationals EU mobility policy for third country nationals Citizens' rights of mobile citizens in the EU

Communication Activities

We are invited to present on implementation of the WA in the EU27 at the twice yearly meetings of the Specialised Committee on Citizens' Rights We are funded by the DG JUST CERV programme to work on a project looking at the intersection of WA rights and EU Fundamental Charter of Rights We draft technical and legal briefings on citizens' rights We run surveys on implementation of the WA and the Charter We have held three events since 1 March 2024 under the ICE project We are also running mentoring sessions on the WA, Charter and advocacy activities For a full list of our briefings, publications and public hearings see: www.britishineurope.org
