Brian O'Neill, Emeritus Professor at Technological University Dublin, is a research consultant and media education and digital policy expert. His research areas include media policy and digital technologies, media and information literacy, e-safety, and information society policy for children. He undertakes research as an external consultant/expert for organisations, including the Council of Europe, the OECD, and the European Commission.
