Mission & Goals
La Bourse de Luxembourg a pour objet l'exploitation d'un ou de plusieurs marchés d'instruments financiers conformément à la législation applicable, ainsi que toutes activités ou opérations industrielles, commerciales, financières et de formation, qui se rattachent directement ou indirectement à cet objet au sens le plus large et qui en facilitent la réalisation. Elle peut prendre des participations dans toutes sociétés ou entreprises ayant un object identique, analogue ou connexe ou qui sont de nature à favoriser son développement. Elle peut, par ailleurs, placer directement ou indirectement ses disponibilités dans le but d'obtenir un revenu de ses avoirs tout en tenant compte des équilibres entre actifs et passifs du bilan de la Bourse de Luxembourg et d'un principe de diversification des risques. Les placements financiers sont gérés en conformité avec la politique d'investissement de la Bourse. Elle peut acquérir ou prendre en location des immeubles nécessaires à ses services
