Mission & Goals

We are EU-based and developing a platform for compliant/inclusive shareholder engagement in the EU, compliant with SRD II. Our platform is modular, low-cost and API first. Our mission is • To enable easy, affordable, and well-informed exercise of shareholder rights in EU-listed companies for all investor types: professional -, retail - and indirect investors via pension and index funds. We support cross-border interaction. • To empower companies to engage directly and transparently with all their investors in a cost-efficient and accessible manner. • To contribute to the development of a EU shared, competitive digital infrastructure where AGM-related information is disseminated free of charge, and shareholder identification and voting are facilitated for all relevant actors at minimal cost without undue barriers. Our long-term goal is to become the default EU infrastructure for AGM communication and proxy voting – integrated across brokers, custodians, issuers, and investor networks.
