Mission & Goals
“Blockchain for Europe” ensures that blockchain companies can speak with a more unified voice, to interact with policymakers at EU-level and beyond. The core members of Blockchain for Europe are organisations whose business model originates from and is based on Distributed Ledger Technology (DLT) (including blockchain). Blockchain for Europe’s main objectives are: 1. Creating a coherent voice of the DLT and blockchain industry; 2. Sharing its expertise and engaging with European decision makers about the true nature, potential and use cases of Blockchain and Distributed Ledger technologies. 3. Ensuring that regulation protects consumers and promotes innovation in the ecosystem.
