EU Legislative Interests

Europejska polityka dotycząca sąsiedztwa, a dokładniej publiczne zaproszenia do wyrażenia zainteresowania do inwestowania na Ukrainie przez podmioty mające siedzibę na terenie UE, EWG, związane z Planem Ukraińskim oraz Strategicznego Ukierunkowania UIF(sektor energetyczny i energie odnawialne) itp. European neighbourhood policy: Calls for expression of interest from EU/EEA-based businesses to invest in Ukraine, connected with the Ukrainian Plan and Strategic Orientation of the UIF (energy and renewable energy sector) and such like.

Communication Activities

Procedura Dyrekcji Generalnej ds. Sąsiedztwa i Negocjacji ws. Rozszerzenia (DG NEAR) dotycząca wyrażenia zainteresowania inwestowaniem na Ukrainie i tym podobne projekty. Rejestracja związana była z chęcią odpowiedzi na publiczne zaproszenie Komisji Europejskiej do wyrażenia zainteresowania inwestowaniem na Ukrainie. W razie powodzenia aplikacji, kandydat, którego projekt wzbudzi zainteresowanie organizatora ma dostać środki unijne, wypłacane przez instytucję finansującą (bank) państwa członkowskiego, w którym aplikant ma siedzibę na pokrycie części kosztów projektu. W ramach przygotowania do tego przedsięwzięcia wysłaliśmy naszego reprezentanta (słuchacz) na EU-Ukraine Business Summit, który odbywał się w Brukseli w marcu 2025. W 2025 roku braliśmy udział w Walnym Zgromadzeniu Członków Stowarzyszeń Branżowych (EPure w Brukseli, KIB w Warszawie). Partnerowaliśmy również XIV Konferencji pt Biopaliwa Transportowe, na którym krótko przedstawiliśmy najpopularniejsze konfiguracje w aktualnej praktyce projektowej w zakresie biometanu, bioetanolu i biorafinacji. Procedure of the Directorate-General for Neighbourhood and Enlargement Negotiations (DG NEAR) concerning the expression of interest in investing in Ukraine and similar projects. The registration was related to the intention to respond to the European Commission’s public call for expressions of interest in investing in Ukraine. In the event of a successful application, a candidate whose project attracts the organizer’s interest is to receive EU funding, disbursed by a financing institution (bank) of the Member State in which the applicant is established, to cover part of the project costs. As part of the preparation for this initiative, we sent our participant to the EU–Ukraine Business Summit, which took place in Brussels in March 2025. n 2025, we participated in the General Assemblies of Members of industry associations (EPure in Brussels, KIB in Warsaw). Biotechnika also partnered the 14th Conference entitled “Transport Biofuels,” where our briefly presented the most common configurations currently applied in project practice in the field of biomethane, bioethanol, and biorefining.

Additional Information

Projekt w związku z którym nastąpił wpis do rejestru jeszcze nie doprowadził do rozstrzygnięć. Koszty, które zidentyfikowaliśmy jako te objęte rejestrem i tym samym wzięliśmy pod uwagę do wyliczeń szacunkowego progu to składki członkowskie KIB i EPure, wsparcie dla konferencji jednego ze stowarzyszeń oraz koszty dojazdu w walnych zgromadzeniach EPure i KIB. The project in connection with which the entry into the register was made has not yet led to any final decisions. The costs that we identified as falling within the scope of the register and therefore took into account in calculating the estimated threshold include membership fees to KIB and ePURE, sponsorship of a conference organized by one of the associations, and travel costs related to participation in the General Meetings of ePURE and KIB.
