Mission & Goals
Biome Makers is an AgTech company that has developed BeCrop®, the first Intelligent Computing System (ICS) based in Artificial Intelligence (AI) and DNA Next Generation Sequencing (NGS) techniques that is setting the standard for soil health by unveiling the work of living microbial networks, optimizing agriculture and empowering soil health worldwide. BeCrop® enables to analyze not only which microbes are present in a soil sample but also their functional performance as a network, identifying biological pathways involved in crop yield, nutrition, health, stress adaptation, resilience, and more agronomic indicators. We use microbes as reliable bioindicators of the soil condition, obtaining soil microbiology insights that enable better-informed decision making. Our mission is to create a more sustainable world through soil recovery. Our ultimate vision is to bring ecological balance into modern global food production systems.
