Business-to-business unfair trading practices in the food supply chain – revision of EU rules (https://ec.europa.eu/info/law/better-regulation/have-your-say/initiatives/14819-Business-to-business-unfair-trading-practices-in-the-food-supply-chain-revision-of-EU-rules_en). This initiative aims to revise EU rules on tackling unfair trading practices in business-to-business relationships in the agricultural and food supply chain (Directive 2019/633) in order to reflect evolving market dynamics, emerging practices and ensure fairer relations within the chain. The revision is informed by the evaluation of EU rules on business-to-business unfair trading practices and by the Vision for Agriculture and Food, responding to farmers’ demands for a fairer food chain.
