Mission & Goals
There are around 20000 Sikhs living in Belgium. We do not have a centralised structure in Belgium, to exchange and , to defend our rights and to inform the EU public of our culture and religion. Another aim of our organisation is keep in contact with EU institutions and the Brussels-based religious and cultural responsible. We are the First and only central Sikh organisation in Belgium. We work also to provide central information to all the Sikhs in Belgium. To promote Sikh religion and culture.
EU Legislative Interests
1. EU legislation on association and NGOs. 2. Following up EU response to discrimination and persecution of religious communities. 3. EU Special Envoy for Freedom of Religion or Belief. 4. Strategy for International religion and Cultural Relations.
Communication Activities
Meetings with officials of the EU institutions (EEAS, Commission, EP, EESC) as well as MEPs and their APA assistants. Invite key players to attend events and ceremonies within Sikh Gurudwaras in Belgium and EU.

The organization is created with the support of all Sikh Temples in Belgium to as a central point of contact for the government to proceed for recognition and spreading the sikh religion beliefs.
