Mission & Goals
BD Policy Advisory is an independent advisory activity conducted by Bernard Delbecque, providing policy analysis, research and regulatory expertise in the fields of pensions, long-term savings and financial services. Activities may include participation in meetings and exchanges with EU institutions together with client organisations. In addition, Bernard Delbecque provides academic teaching and educational lectures on pension systems, long-term savings and macroeconomic issues, contributing to informed policy debate and public understanding.
