Banco Sabadell is Spain’s fourth largest private banking group, comprised of different banks, brands, subsidiaries and part-owned companies covering all areas of the financial business sector, under a common denominator: professional performance and quality.
EU Legislative Interests
All European initiatives related to banking activity and with possible impacts on Banks mainly focused on: 1-Prudential and resolution regulation: Banking prudential requirements - Directive 2013/36/EU and Regulation (EU) No 575/2013 Bank recovery and resolution - Directive 2014/59/EU and Regulation Transposition of Basel III onto EU. 2-Payments and digital initiatives 3-Sustainable finance initiatives.
