Baliera’s advocacy activities focus on European Union legislative and policy proposals related to innovation, entrepreneurship, and digital transformation. In particular, the company closely monitors the Artificial Intelligence Act, which establishes a regulatory framework for the development and use of AI in Europe. It also pays close attention to the implementation of the Digital Europe Program and the New Public Procurement Framework for Innovation, which facilitates collaboration between public administrations and companies in the development of innovative solutions. The company provides services to the European Commission and other public administrations of member states on projects that fall within the scope of these and other European Union laws.
