Council Regulation (EU) No 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 (as amended) concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine (https://eur-lex.europa.eu/legal-content/EN/TXT/?uri=CELEX%3A02014R0833-20230427) and the criteria set out by the European Commission in the FAQ Guidance published in December 2022.
Communication Activities
Meeting proposed between Avolon and DG FISMA during September 2023 to discuss issues arising pursuant to Council Regulation (EU) 833/2014 (as amended) and the European Commission FAQ Guidance issued in December 2022. Our only relevant communication activity to date was a meeting on 28 July 2023 with the Irish Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment and subsequent related correspondence.
