Mission & Goals
Die Assoziation ökologischer Lebensmittelherstellerinnen und -hersteller (AöL) ist ein Zusammenschluss von über 130 Unternehmen der Lebensmittelwirtschaft. Ihre europäischen Mitglieder erwirtschaften einen Bio-Umsatz von über 5 Milliarden Euro. Die AöL-Mitglieder arbeiten für ökologische, menschengemäße und zukunftsfähige Lebensmittel. Der gesamte Weg von der Erzeugung, über die Verarbeitung und den Handel in Beziehung zum Konsumenten ist wertbestimmend. Kooperation und Meinungsaustausch unter den Mitgliedern sind Erfolgsfaktoren und Grundlage gemeinsamen politischen Handelns. Im Zentrum unserer Arbeit steht die politische Interessensvertretung auf nationaler und europäischer Ebene sowie die Förderung des Austauschs und der Kooperation unserer Mitglieder.
