Mission & Goals
ANIA, the Italian insurance association, was established in 1944. It is the representative body for mutual, cooperative and joint-stock insurance and reinsurance companies in Italy. It covers 85% of the Italian insurance market. The main objectives of ANIA are: - to negotiate collective agreements with trade unions and to promote initiatives aimed at encouraging professional training; - to carry out studies in order to solve problems dealing with techical, economic, financial and legislative matters and to perform information, advisory and assistance activities for members.

Additional Information
As per heading 14, litt. c), we amended the estimate of annual costs related to activities covered by the register. The previous figure included our membership fee to Insurance Europe. We subtracted the amount and adjusted the estimate accordingly.
