Mission & Goals
Associazione Joint was established in 2003 in Milan, Italy. It employs 7 staff, 2 interns, 4 civil service volunteers, ~50 local volunteers and 200+ members. Joint is one of Italy's largest youth associations, serving as Italian member of the ICYE global network and coordinator of the Italian Network for European Volunteering (RIVE). Its mission is to provide learning opportunities through international experiences — European Solidarity Corps, volunteering, Work Camps, Training Courses, Youth Exchanges, and Capacity Building Projects — focusing on advocacy, active participation, intercultural learning and social inclusion. Joint manages international mobility websites reaching 150,000+ people monthly.
