Mission & Goals
Anitec-Assinform is the Italian digital business association. We are members of Confindustria and DigitalEurope. We represent a broad spectrum of companies active in the Italian market: from software houses to system and applications suppliers, and ICT service providers. The goal of the association is to achieve a European single market where digital technologies can provide Italian and European citizens with better jobs, wellness, and efficient services. To reach this goal Anitec-Assinform has always made itself available to collaborate with national and European institutions
EU Legislative Interests
Anitec-Assinform targets any proposal referred to the development of ICT production and supply chain, digital skills, digital transformation and Digital single market. In particular: Digital skills, Digitization of territories, Digital health, Cloud, Blockchain & IA, environment, copyright, market surveillance. dossiers of interest: AI Act, Copyright directive, DSA, DMA, Nis2, CRA, ESPR, PPWR Green claims, CSRD, CS3D, Battery regulation, Data act, metaverse, P2B, EPDP directive, Fair share, accessibility act, Vat in the digital age chips act, RSGP Smei Csam external power supplies, Digital Fairness Act, the MFF, AI Factories, and any similar initiative.
