Mission & Goals

Promote competition & transparency in energy markets. Foster development & standardization of primary energy products, derivatives and of the relevant markets. Promote meetings, studies and sharing of information amongst members, in order to reach technical, economic and financial objectives of common interest & to help activities on national and international scale. Analyse the key issues that affect energy products trading & promote initiatives aimed at their resolution. Represent members in front of national, EU & international institutions, grid & market operators related to the energy industry. Promote energy trading, especially regarding electricity, natural gas and the related products and services. Promote & coordinate possible initiatives of the members aimed at protecting common interests within the jurisdiction of common, administrative and EU law.
